Applications are closed for the 2017 – 2018 Downhill Ski and Cross-Country Ski LC programs.
Applications are open for the Outdoor Adventure program, which will begin in January.
The Leadership Corps at Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is a free-of-cost program offering teens ages 13 – 18 the opportunity to develop their leadership potential as they participate in and coach outdoor activities. There are three different Leadership Corps tracks teens can choose from depending on their interests: Outdoor Adventure, Cross Country Ski, and Downhill SnowSports. The Outdoor Adventure program gives future-focused teens the opportunity to explore how different careers shape the world we live in.
Dates: January 10 – May 30. Workshops occur weekly on Wednesdays from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Outdoor Adventure activities will take place on Saturdays

Teens enrolled in this track will have the opportunity to participate in interactive college readiness and leadership development workshops.
Teens put their leadership skills into practice by confidence coaching youth during weekly cross country ski trips with YES.
Dates: October 16 – March 22. Workshops occur weekly on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30 – 5:30 pm.
Teens enrolled in this track will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, get involved in community service, and participate in hands-on leadership workshops and volunteer activities.
Teens in the downhill program learn how to ski or snowboard (if they do not know how to) and put their leadership skills into practice by co-teaching ski or snowboard lessons on weekend ski and snowboard activities.
Dates: October 17 – March 22. Workshops occur weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Operation SnowSports activities will take place on Saturdays and Sundays.
