YES Kids and Families
YES has a long rich history of getting kids outdoors and helping them find out about themselves and their abilities to overcome challenges. Boosting a kid’s confidence and expanding their horizons is the YES way.
From December to March, YES operates trips every Saturday and Sunday. Other trips — mid-week, school vacation, and overnight — are available by special request during the winter months.
From April to October and especially during the summer school vacation months, YES runs day trips, night trips especially for teens, week long programs, and weekend trips that can consist of overnight camping, mountain biking, kayaking, and hiking. All weekend overnight trips take place at Swann Lodge, a YES facility in Monterey, MA. Volunteer activity guides, canoes, sleeping bags, and meals are provided by YES.
YES’s Summer 2012 Outdoor Adventure Schedule is now available online! Click here for registration forms, guidelines and the schedule. Forms may be submitted in person or by mail beginning April 23.
If you are interested in enrolling your child in YES activities or becoming a chaperone, please read the following information and then contact us for questions!
